Mother's Day isn't too far away so it's time to plan the dessert to celebrate with. I've compiled a collection of desserts from the blog that are perfect for celebrating mum!

With soft, fluffy layers of sponge, chantilly cream and macerated strawberries, this cake tastes wonderful and is perfectly celebratory whilst still being easy to make.

​Ricotta Cheesecake​

Perfectly creamy and simple to make, this baked ricotta cheesecake is make-ahead friendly and perfect for a crowd.

​Caramel Creme Brulee Tart​

Soft and silky caramel custard in a crisp tart shell, topped with a cracking sugar top. This will get all the oohs and aahs.

​Mini Chocolate Tarts​

For the chocolate-loving mums, these crisp chocolate tart shells filled with rich chocolate ganache are an absolute treat.
