12 amazing ways with seafood this Easter

Sizzling garlic prawns - they're rich yet light all at once and absolutely delicious. Serve these with some nice, crusty bread on the side to mop up all the garlic oil at the end.

Honey Mustard Salmon (Tray Bake)

This honey mustard salmon traybake is loaded with flavour and an easy meal all done on one pan!

Thai Fish Cakes

Thai fish cakes are packed with Thai flavour. They're punchy and super tasty and incredibly simple to make too. Serve them as an appetiser or as a main meal with rice on the side.

Creamy Prawn Pasta

Creamy, indulgent pasta with plump prawns - this is one epic and easy dinner!

Venetian Crab Linguine

Easy Italian, yes please. This Venetian crab linguine is a classic recipe all the way from Venice. It's light, simple and so delicious.

These crispy prawns make another great appetizer but you can also turn them into a meal. Perfectly seasoned, they're quick to fry to crispy golden perfection.

Teriyaki Glazed Salmon

If you want to serve something impressive, grab a slab of salmon and serve up this teriyaki salmon (it does work with fillets too). The sweet and salty sauce goes beautifully with rich salmon and the texture is amazing.

Thai Panang Curry with Prawns

Hearty and warming, this Thai panang prawn curry can be on the table in under 30 minutes. If you can't find panang curry paste you can swap it for red curry paste.

Crab and Sweetcorn Soup

Last but not least, this crab and sweetcorn soup is cosy yet light and full of flavour. It's quick to make too and so much better than your local Chinese takeout.

And with that, my secret is exposed - prawns, crab and salmon are my favourite seafoods.
