If you've been craving bright, fresh bakes lately, you're not alone. Lemon desserts are always a favourite this time of year so I've pulled together a delicious roundup of my best lemon treats all in one place.

From buttery cookies to tangy bars to soft cakes, creamy cheesecakes and classic lemon pie, there's something here for every lemon lover.

​Flourless Lemon Cake​

A favourite in the SSM community, this lemon cake is moist, super lemony, buttery and so delicious. It's easy to make and just happens to be gluten-free too. It's been made over and over again.

Deborah said "I made this cake for Passover (last Saturday) and it stole the show….one guest had 3 pieces and took some home, too. It’s just perfection. I will be making this cake forever now…."

​Biscuit Base Lemon Meringue Pie​

A classic lemon dessert with a simple biscuit base, this pie is bright, nostalgic and always popular. It's the perfect choice when you want a proper crowd-pleasing dessert.

​Self Saucing Lemon Pudding​

Warm, soft and wonderfully comforting, this is the lemon dessert to make on cooler days. It's cozy, nostalgic and finishes with the most lovely bright citrus flavour.

​Lemon Curd Bars​

Bright, buttery and packed with fresh lemon flavour these bars will disappear fast. They're perfect when you want an easy dessert that still feels special.

Zahra said "Incredible lemon bars! I made your lemon curd for it and I was lazy used a food processor for the shortbread. It is so melt in your mouth delicious!"

​Lemon Tiramisu​

This lemon tiramisu is chilled, creamy and such a lovely twist on a classic dessert. It's a great make-ahead option for warmer days or when you want something a little unexpected.
